These terms are between you and Durellem Ltd, which runs Synapse iD. By making a card you agree to them.

The service

Synapse iD gives you a web link and QR code that shows your contact details with an animated creature. The free plan includes the axolotl in Smoke with your name and phone, and stays free.

Paying

• A premium look costs 12 EUR, paid once. It's yours to use for as long as Synapse iD runs.
• Pro costs 24 EUR / year, paid once for 12 months. It does not renew by itself.
• Custom designs are priced per job. We agree the price with you before any work is charged.
• Payments are taken by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.

Refunds

If something isn't right, write to support@durellem.com within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you.

Your card

• Only put details on your card that you're happy to share with anyone who scans it.
• Don't use a card to pretend to be someone else, mislead people, or link to anything harmful.
• We can remove cards that break these rules.

Our part

We work hard to keep Synapse iD running, but can't promise it will never be down. If it stops for good, we'll tell you in advance and refund any Pro time you haven't used. We're not liable for losses caused by the service being unavailable, beyond what you paid us.
